Here you can find updates on the #7SummitsF2R project to climb the equivalent height of the seven highest summits on the seven continents raising money and awareness for Free to Run.

The 7 highest peaks on each of the 7 continents are equivalent of  43,315m of ascent (over a vertical marathon!

Starting in October 2021 in reverse height order, ticking one peak off a month...except March 2022 - there's an explanation here - 7 summits, the quandry.

 

Mt. Vinson (4,892 m) in Antarctica., Puncak Jaya/ Mt. Carstensz (4,884 m) in Oceania, Mt. Elbrus (5,642 m) in Europe, Kilimanjaro (5,895 m) in Africa, Denali (6,190 m) in North America, Aconcagua (6,962 m) in South America,  Mt. Everest  (8,850 m) in Asia.
