"I achieved something I never thought I could. I reached the summit of Cadair Idris with my work colleagues fundraising for medical research for children. This was my first ever experience of a mountain climb and I have to say personally this was very tough and at times I thought impossible. I could not have achieved this without the guys from no-mad.
